Course Description:
Over 50 obstacles to train on and enjoy! Mile Of Pain, Battle Dash and Doodle Dash (Kid's course) and the first ROA Summer Sizzler Trail 5k.
The Trail 5K course will not have any obstacles or water, it will be a nice, mostly shaded trail run through the scenic woods.
Awards:
Special awards for the top three Male and Female in the 5K

Spectators are free!
Post Party:
We will have food available on both days. Tons of fun activities for everyone.

Gates open at 5:00PM for the Fun Day Camping.
