Rock On Adventures has a unique outlook on fitness and athletics. We believe in families getting fit and staying healthy together, and our goal is to help by providing events that have a unique mix of fun and challenges to include everyone, no matter what your age or fitness level. We don't want to create just another adventure run or 5K, we want to build great traditions and memories that you share with your friends and family year after year.

Event Name: Central Florida Highlander 5 Real Adventure Run 2013 

I was extremely happy with this obstacle course. There was a great mix of challenging to somewhat easy obstacles. There is a LOT of rope climbing so be prepared for that. I did the 6 mile course that involved a ton of jogging in Floridian swamps. The best part of the event was that Rock On Adventures really provided things to do for spectators. The fam was happy as the little one was climbing on some silo obstacles and the wifey was able to walk around very close to the last run of obstacles to take pictures and video footage. The jumbotron with the live feed was great! Very well organized! I'm definitely looking forward to other Rock-On-Adventure Obstacle Courses.
