The Holt Bolt The Holt Bolt is a 6-8km military inspired obstacle race on the Bald Hills flats. The course is run alongside the nationally recognised cross country course at St Paul's School. The coordinators of The Holt Bolt are Richard Holt and Brisbane Rugby league player Josh McGuire. There are 6 races per year and competitors are encouraged to compete against their personal bests as well as each other. At the end of each calendar year a winner of the series will be announced (based on points system).

Course Description:

This is the last race of the 2016 Holt Bolt series. Come dressed in your best Hawaiian gear! Find the brightest shirt you can! Get the hula skirt out of the closet! It will be a 6-8km race with over 35 obstacles. Each race builds on the one before based on the feedback of you, the Bolters!

Aid Stations:

Aid stations will be available throughout the course, with two medics situated on the actual course and a medic team on standby at the finish line. Water will be available at the finish however food will only be available for purchase at the canteen located by the finishing area.

Spectators:

Spectators may attend free of charge however they will not be allowed access to the course. They may watch from designated viewing areas located near the start and finishing lines.

Parking:

Free parking is available at the venue however parking at the actual ground is limited so street parking may have to be utilised. All street parking in the area is free.
