Race Start Time:
Heats leave every 15 minutes beginning at 9am. We will release in waves of 200. Right now there are five scheduled heats with the last one going off at 10:15, but we will increase to as many as 10 heats if there is enough demand .... that would make the last heat at 11:30. All participants will be timed. If you are in it to win it, we recommend you go off in the 9am heat.

Course Description:
Here is a partial list and description of some of the man-made obstacles you are likely to encounter on this 6+ mile obstacle course and mud run. In addition to these, you will encounter numerous other natural obstacles.
Ditch Hopping: Hop across ditch after ditch (a lot of them)
Mud Crawl: Crawl under fencing through the mud
Wall Climb: Climb over 8-10 foot walls
Log Walking: Walk on top of log afer log
Mud Mile: Crawl through the mud for a long, long, long time
Pipe Crawl: Crawl through 30"" pipes
Monkey Bars Over Water: Swing like a monkey from bar to bar over a creek
Underground Crawl: Crawl through underground trenches
Tire Jog: Run on top of tires
Net Wall Climb: Climb up and over military netting
Log Carry: Carry a log from point A to point B
Balance Beam Over Water: Walk a narrow plank over water and hope you don't fall in
Cable Creek Crossing : Crawl upside down across a cable over a creek
Half Pipe Wall Climb: Run up the half pipe and hope you can get over it without falling/sliding backwards
Lake Walk/Swim : Get across the lake by swimming or traversing on a rope
Tire Slam: Run through walls of tires
Fire Hopping: Jump over fire
...and many, many others
Aid Stations:
There will be three aid stations on the course. Medical personnel and an ambulance will be on standby. There will be post-race refreshments to include fruit, water and one free beer for all race participants over the age of 21.
Awards:
The top three men and women in each of the following age categories will receive an award:
14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59 and 60+
The top three relays will receive an award. (NOTE: We are not distinguishing between all male relays, all female relays and mixed relays. All relays are competing for the top three overall relay slots.)
The awards will be customized flip-flops and other sponsor donated prizes.

Spectators:
Spectators are free and will be able to be in a designated viewing area.
Parking:
Parking will be on site and there is a $5.00 charge.
Post Party:
We will be featuring live music from two bands. We will have food, beverage and alcoholic beverages for sale. We will also have some inflatables for the kids. Two local radio stations are putting on this event and they know how to have a good time. Radio personalities will be participating in the event and hanging out at the after-party.
Other:
The minimum age is 14.
We offer a 2-person relay option. Each of you will do approximately 3 miles each of the course.
We are only offering packet pick up on race day. We recommend you arrive one and one-half hour BEFORE your wave time so that you may get your race materials and get warmed up.
We will have at least two inflatables for kids to jump around in and feel like they are a part of the action. There is no charge.
Bring your ID and your signed waiver. It is also recommended to bring a change of clothes and shoes and a plastic bag to put your dirties in. You might also want to bring some cash to partake in the post-race festivities.
We will offer a bag/key check-in. You will need your race number to check in and check out a bag. Bring your own bag. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, so leave valuables in your car or at home.
Set Up Events will be timing all participants. If you are in it to win it, we recommend you start in an early wave.
There will be 3 water stops.
re may be one obstacle that takes place in a lake. You may swim it or you may pull yourself along on a rope. You may also bypass this obstacle without being disqualified; however, you will have to do an ungodly amount of burpies (or something similar) instead. Just sayin’…..
We will have medical personnel on site to provide aid to anyone injured.
Dogs are not allowed on the course. You may bring your dog to the festival area, but please keep aggressive dogs at home. Otherwise, we will ask you to leave.
You may have jogger strollers in the festival area, but not on the course.
We will have rinse off stations in the finish line area. These will be for rinsing off the bulk of your mud so that you can change clothes and be comfortable to enjoy the post-race festivities. They are not designed for a complete and total cleaning. You will need to do that at home.
We will have men’s and women’s changing tents near the rinse off area.
Team:
You can participate as an individual or you may do a two-man relay.
You are also welcome to race as a team, but there are no official teams.
