Derek Ross is on a #300RaceMission. This mission consists of 5K's, 10K's, Trail Races, Savage Races, Tough Mudder's, Spartan Races, you name it, he is running it, maybe have run it, or preparing to run it. He also loves documenting his mission and coaching others along the way on how to be consistent while running so many races. Being a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Run Injury Prevention Specialist has given him a ton of information that he uses to assist him on his mission. He is truly looking for all the small advantages he can get to having his body operate at an optimal level to eliminate injury. Derek is also a fitness brand ambassador with multiple companies, such as Davidson's Organic Teas, Terrain Racing, and Move More Fitness. Plus, he is a USAOCR member and Spartan Race Street Team Member. The thrill of running and racing OCR is his new norm. Derek appreciates the OCR industry and all its challenges.
