By |September 19th, 2016|

Muddy Mud Guts and Glory Masters, Warrior Dash Warriors, Beasts Beasting the UltraBeast and Conquer the Gauntlet...Conquistadors? Okay - that last one was a stretch, but you get the gist. This last weekend had no lack of races, mud, pain or fun! Whether it was a fun run or a death march you craved, OCR delivered in spades.

LAST WEEK IN OCR – August 29th 2016 Edition

By |August 29th, 2016|

So to say this week was an emotional one for OCR is a bit of an understatement.... with some of the best racers we have out there giving it their all - those of us at home followed the action like the Olympics weren't over.

LAST WEEK IN OCR – August 22nd Edition

By |August 22nd, 2016|

It is always so lovely to be in the swing of the season and see the OCR calendar come to life all over the world. In Australia, the bucket-list worthy True Grit had an amazing weekend, while in Canada, the XMan Race brought in impressive numbers. Dirty Dozen weekend in England, Warrior Race in South Africa...the entire planet appears to have been getting muddy this week!

LAST WEEK IN OCR – August 15 2016 Edition

By |August 15th, 2016|

If we were to pick two words to sum up this last week in OCR, I would have to say it was "Spartan" and "Beard". One crushing it with nationwide domination and growth, and the other...for its lack thereof. (RIP chin curtain)

Race Recap: Warrior Dash Toronto, Ontario 2016

By |June 11th, 2016|

Years ago, Warrior Dash was my first dip into OCR, I felt obliged to try it again four years and 92 races later. It was a super-hot day and in hindsight, perhaps, I should have postponed participating but as we continue to race our obsession sometimes takes over our better judgement. The race was held at the Mohawk Racetrack outside of Toronto, Canada and provided a flat, fast course.

Last Week in OCR: June 6, 2016 Edition

By |June 6th, 2016|

Happy Monday everyone! I hope y’all rested up well last week and enjoyed your time with family, because this weekend there was NO shortage of events to choose from, and the results pages looked like a roster of all the competitive OCR athletes we know. In other words, the competition was fierce, the races were out in full force and we proved there is plenty of something for everyone. It was an incredible weekend to be inspired by what we do and love, and get our mud on!
