By |July 25th, 2016|

The summer continues to roll on with obstacle races across the globe taking place every weekend. This past weekend OCR was everywhere from the Spartan Race European Championships, Terrain Races in Flagstaff, Arizona to BoneFrog Challenge in South Carolina. Rugged Maniac made a stop outside of Kansas City while Tough Mudder was outside of the Big Apple, with both a full course and a Tough Mudder half. With over 40 obstacle races and mud runs taking place this weekend around the globe, that is a lot of muddy, wet, and challenging obstacles to overcome.

By |July 14th, 2016|

After years of running around Haspin Acres in Laurel, IN for the Indianapolis Sprint, Spartan pulled a fast one on us all and changed the venue to Perfect North Slopes in Lawrenceburg, IN. DON DEVANEY – ASPIRING TO INSPIRE

By |July 14th, 2016|

If you have been in the world of endurance sports within the OCR community, you already know Don Devaney. Or at least – you know what he has let you know of him. If you thought you would hide or sneak in a rest, he would catch you – and it was a guarantee you would regret your choice.

Pokemon Go has hit the internets and social medias in a huge way - and as a parent of a 7-year-old boy, and a general all around geek, I’ve been as exposed to it, and yes, sucked into it, as many of you have too. It is also making it's mark on the obstacle racing community already.
