At 4 years old, Braxton To completed in his first OCR race and fell in love with the sport. Using his mother as his inspiration, Braxton is taking on more challenges and has completed his first 7.5km snowshoe run.
Meet Rachel and Samuel Koehler. a brother-sister racing duo who currently reside in Georgia. Nothing stops these two from hitting their goals, incuding a rare condition called Achromatopsia, which has left Samuel visually impaired.
Many of us know her as the woman who finished 2nd place in Worlds Toughest Mudder in 2018 (a shocking victory even to Erin), however, there is more to her story. She is a flight commander in the Airforce and has been on the Price is Right. Erin has proven that making choices and sacrifices towards your goals, in the end, is totally worth it.
Meet Nicole Fleming, a 45-year-old OCR Bad Ass who loves the camaraderie and the feeling of community in OCR. Nicole has fought her way back from a battle with Lupus and a broken heel to continue trail racing and OCR. Her story is inspiring, and I hope somewhere, she can inspire others to not give up and keep fighting.
Carrie Brooks is a 46-year-old momma who took control of her health at aged 40. She no longer wanted to feel unfit, so she quit smoking and started working out. The quest for her health lead her into the world of OCR, and she is now addicted to being fit, healthy and strong.
