Obstacle course racing is everywhere as spring rolls around. As the Northern Hemisphere comes out of the freeze of winter athletes all around are getting out and getting muddy. This week we celebrate two athletes have got out on the course recently, one rather mudder and the other not so muddy. Our featured athletes this week took on races in the United States and the Netherlands.

The co-founders of Mud Run Guide, Brett and Chris, spent last weekend in Bermuda hanging out with many members of the Spartan 4-0 group and a host of international racers. Many here in the United States continued to brave the elements getting out there training and racing in some crazy conditions.
