Tipperary’s newest adventure challenge in beautiful parkland just outside Nenagh with 5K & 10K runs over 30 natural and constructed obstacles including banks, walls, drains, rivers, ponds, waterslides, mud slides, tyres, straw bales and many many more. Beware though there will be lots of mud!

For the keenest athlete, the aspiring one, the fun runner, the power walker, the fittest family, the local team, the young, the old – we cater for everyone!
