Went to The Inflatable Run in the Bay Area last weekend with my kids and husband. The weather was beautiful and location was great, super close to our home. We had an amazing time from the moment we got there. The best part is that we can do our 3 laps on the course (3 laps = full 5k) at any time. I'm not great at running, so I did them throughout the day. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the parking fee, but I understand that is how the venue makes their money, so it is what it is. Just like any amusement park. There were plenty of inflatables for my kids which are all varying in ages between 3-15, there was something for each of them which was great and honestly hard to find! OVerall it was a great experience and I'll be going back. Plus it's all for a non profit called Just Care More, so it's nice to have a fun day for a good cause. :)
Extremely disappointed. Started in parking lot porta potty that had booze and tampons laying on floor. To the 37 minute wait for one of the four inflatables on the route. Four obstacles. Wow. Then if you wanted to pay $20 more per person to stand in a 20 minute line you could let you kid bounce on a time limit. Also it was 15 for parking. Just be prepared. Not even sure all the cash collected went towards the cause. Appeared as though people may have pocketed cash being collected.
This was by far, hands down the worst even my children and I attended. For my children and myself I paid over $100 for just the event admission and fees, then we had to pay $15 for parking in a completely free parking lot which they blame on the venue, but it was their own personnel charging the fee. So, after paying all this money we get to the even which is a complete unorganized bunch of crap. At all of the whopping four or five inflatables there was at least a 15 minute wait to get through due to their disorganization, and after all that money and everything they don’t even give you anything like all the other events we’ve ever attended... Everything was more money for this and more money for that... I would think for paying more than $100 for my children and I we would at least get a t-shirt, SOMETHING!
What an amazing time my whole family had. I'm not a runner nor jogger so this set up was perfect for me. They made it easy for a levels and all ages to enjoy. Plus my daughter and a had a BLAST during the water battle!!!! Ticket prices for the activities were very reasonable. I will definitely invite friends and family to join us next year
We had the best time ever at The Inflatable Run last weekend. Not only was it a blast, but it was great knowing it’s for a good cause as well. My favorite part was that I didn’t have to do the 5k all at once, I could pick and choose between doing a lap on the course or doing a fun activity. We definitely left with smiles on our faces. Looking forward to coming back next year.
This is a must attend! Such a unique and fun family event. You haven’t been to anything like this! Inflatable course, water sponge fight, dance parties, face painting, jump houses...and more. You will definitely regret not going.
Get off the couch and have tons of fun with your kids!
The family that puts this event on is doing it for all the right reasons and you can feel and see all the love, energy, blood, sweat and tears that went into putting on this event. That’s another thing that makes it special.
We’ll be back next year for sure.
My son and I had an amazing time! Getting checked in was simple. The run itself was a lot of fun! We jogged most of the way and enjoyed the various obstacles. The activities were great! My boy had a blast but the epic sponge battle took the cake for him! We would love to come back next year!
This was such an awesome event!! My kids really enjoyed the jumpers! It was nice to be out exercising while having fun enjoying the beautiful weather! The food was great too! The customer service you guys provide is amazing!!! The registration process was so fast and easy! Definitely will be going back next year!! :) I highly recommend this event for all ages!!
Very disappointing run. With only a handful kids Inflatables in a parking lot. A few other kids Inflatables cost $20 extra, which they only tell you in your email after registration. The coloring station was ridiculous since the colored pencils didn’t color on the bib. The bib is a huge sticker, which ruined my sons new sports jersey, you better wear a cotton shirt. Water was provided in tiny cups. No vendors, free stuff or real after party like we had at other 5Ks. The big announced water balloon battle costs extra as well.
Sad was that my 6 year old ran the entire 5K and they don’t provide a medal for the kids. Too bad.
I do not recommend this run, there are much better 5Ks and better inflatable runs out there.
I gave two stars instead of only one, because my 6 year old liked it. My 9 and 10 year olds thought it was boring.
Not enough obstacles to keep the flow running
