Have you ever said to yourself, “Marathons are too easy, and Triathlons are for sissies?”
We haven’t either…those races are really hard. Think about it…the first person to run a marathon actually died. HE DIED!…and he probably didn’t even have fun along the way!
Well, welcome to a new kind of race: THE DIRTY DASH. This race that puts all other races to shame. The Dirty Dash is a mud run obstacle course where a military boot camp meets your inner five-year-old’s fantasy and subsequently converts boy to man and then man to swine.
You’ll need endurance to trudge up mountains of sludge, courage to overcome uncompromising obstacles, a complete lack of shame to wallow in pits of mud and a smile to show through at the end!
So let this mud run obstacle course become your new guilty pleasure. Go solo or with some of your dirtiest, filthiest, & uncouth friends. Either way, you’ll be able to look at yourself in the mirror and say, “I am a Dirty Dasher!”… and then proceed to clean yourself off.

So much fun!
This was my first dirty dash and it was so much fun! The only things I wish was 1) more mud!!!! 2) more obstacles and more mud with the obstacles! :) will be doing this every year though!!!

First time doing this event and had sooo much fun. Will definitely do it again next year!

Family Fun
My son & I started off with the kids dash. We enjoyed it so much we now do the 5K. We love doing this together and able to share a fun way to stay healthy.
Dirty fun time
I do at least one 5k a month and this was by far the best one I have ever done. My husband and I had such a great time in the mud together. There wasn't a single part of us not covered in mud. Thanks for a great time!

The dash was twice as fun as last year! There were more obstacles and more mud pits….deeper mud pits. The water slides were so much fun I wanted to circle around and do them again, but my team didn't want to wait! Too bad you ran out of water and we had to drink beer…. oh well. Awesome!

Good fun. New obstacles, which our group enjoyed. Really like the multiple mud pits
Super fun! More obstacles would be nice. A few of the obstacles were not functioning correctly but overall a good experience. I saw beer on previous photos of other events but no beer at this one? Beer station would be great :)
