Have you ever said to yourself, “Marathons are too easy, and Triathlons are for sissies?”
We haven’t either…those races are really hard. Think about it…the first person to run a marathon actually died. HE DIED!…and he probably didn’t even have fun along the way!
Well, welcome to a new kind of race: THE DIRTY DASH. This race that puts all other races to shame. The Dirty Dash is a mud run obstacle course where a military boot camp meets your inner five-year-old’s fantasy and subsequently converts boy to man and then man to swine.
You’ll need endurance to trudge up mountains of sludge, courage to overcome uncompromising obstacles, a complete lack of shame to wallow in pits of mud and a smile to show through at the end!
So let this mud run obstacle course become your new guilty pleasure. Go solo or with some of your dirtiest, filthiest, & uncouth friends. Either way, you’ll be able to look at yourself in the mirror and say, “I am a Dirty Dasher!”… and then proceed to clean yourself off.

So much fun!!! The whole family was able to run the 5k and we totally plan to make this a tradition! Thanks Dirty Dash!
This was my 8th time running the Utah Dirty Dash, and it was awesome!!! I always have the best time and get super muddy! This years event was absolutely amazing! And the super soft shirts they give out are my favorites. I plan to run the Fall event as well!!!
What a FANTASTIC event!
My family participated in the New Mexico event last week and had the best time of our lives. Mud runs in the desert are typically dusty & dry.....but not this one. The Dirty Dash had tons of mud filled pits and lots of fun obstacles. We will definitely sign up for this event again!

Dirty Dash 2018
This was my first Dirty Dash with my family and I had a blast! The 5k went by so fast because we were having so much fun. It was even cooler to step out of our comfort zones and get super muddy and test your strength and ability.

If you don't go you will miss out!!! It was so much fun I am definitely going back next year!! It wasn't hard it was just fun!!! Defiantly do this!!! I had the best time!!
Fantastic mud run! We purchased our tickets way in advance and had no problems. The course was set up well with plenty of muddy obstacles throughout the entire run! My children (8 & 10) and I loved every minute of it. We can't wait to run it again next year! Thanks to all the volunteers for keeping things running smoothly!

Waste of money. Save your money and go to a real mud run. And, whatever you do, don't buy advance tickets for any dirty dash event! The management screwed over our team by changing the start times the week before the event... and then refused to reimburse is when it meant we were traveling for hours to make it, some people on our team even had to pay for cancelled flights. This event from the beginning has been poorly organized. I'm not one to write reviews but overall they changed the event location, start times, and then took over a week to get back to me after I asked for other options!! Then, MIKE insisted that we choose a different event - within the year- to attend. As if they hold multiple events in Oregon every year. We will not be attending this or any other Dirty Dash event. Some publicly traded company!! They need to work on their organization, planning, and their customer service. The event is this weekend and we've lost all our money .. and still won't be attending.
This was my first Dirty Dash. What a blast! Well organized. Loved the DJ. The obstacles were fun and very muddy. There were plenty of water guns at the end to get cleaned up too. I think registration should cover parking though. Anyway I loved it! I'm bringing large groups of people with me next year!

Utah nailed it this year! This is an event for everyone, even beginners can do this course and love it! The obstacles were well put together and challenging but not impossible. There was plenty of mud to go around!
