Superhero Dash obstacle races, mud run, and OCR information, distance, cost, dates, calendar, discounts, obstacles, reviews, and more

Runners from all over the Chicagoland region gather for the Superhero Dash every year. It is an annual event organized by Winnetka Park District, in partnership with IBJI Health Performance Institute. The obstacle course covers three miles and features a one-of-a-kind course along beautiful Lake Michigan. This race is great for athletes of all kinds – from serious runners, to weekend joggers, to families and children.
