East Anglia’s hugely popular mud obstacle race Only The Brave is back in full force in 2018 at Elveden Estate near Thetford. Once again the event is all in aid of East Anglian Air Ambulance’s life-saving work, reflecting the importance of team work and bravery required when on a mission.
