My Absolute FAVORITE run
I have ran every Mudtitan except for the very 1st one. Every event gets better and better and Mudtitan really seems to step their game up every time. If you love actually having obstacles in your obstacle course run then this is definitely the event for you. This is also a very affordable event compared to some of the "name brand" events out there. Also the people incharge of the event are really good people and actually listen to the advise and concerns of the runners and are quick to respond and remedy any situation that may arise. And did I mention Great Pictures and fast too. I have attended every Mudtitan since I heard about them and I plan on attending every one in the future. GREAT JOB MUDTITAN!!!
Most favorite mudrun !!!
Absolutely by far the best OCR out there ! I have ran many other courses and #mudtitan is my favorite ! Challenging obstacles, nice trail and very organized ! Already signed up for Mudtitan 8 ! If you haven't been to a Mudtitan you need to try it . You wont regret it !
Great Race, But Don't Tell Us You're Giving Age Group Awards >.
Great challenging race. Great obstacles. Great venue. That's the good news.
The bad news is that you "Age Group" awards were misleading. 12-39 is not an age group. Disappointing
Awesomeness
I was a Volunteer this year and had an awesome time. We came from Ludowici, GA for the run and the drive isn't bad nor to far. There were 4 obstacles that were very challenging but that means i need to train harder. Love this run and will always go back.
What fun
Wish there was more mud but can't help if mother nature thought different. Was my first time and i can not wait to do it again.
No longer an event for me
The distance between the obstacles was not bad, however a few of them could really use new wood other tightening up.The first wall with the rope was really slippery and the ropes where all falling apart The warped wall is nice. But I witnessed alot of people getting torn up from the splintered wood. There was a gap in between the center section that i watched someone gets there shirt.humg up on and ripped off. The monkey bar aren't bad but bend and sway way to much, did not look safe for multiple people to cross, the rope on the slip wall was sheep 1/4 road. Hard to grip and sliced up my hands. Both of the highly advertised motorized obstacles where broken by the time we got there around 930am. The 3rd to last obstacle with the small rigs was very difficult for a man with large hands. I had to pass because I would not fit in them. I was asked how the course was by someone at the end and told them, it's the same as the last event and the wood is getting worse, he then processed to tell me that a lot the wood was replaced....if that was true then why was everything so ragged looking again. Mud titan 7 is my last mud titan. Seems as if the last few events the course is getting worse. It was nice to see the old bonefrog rig there. But everything else was basicly turning into trash. I ran into Mike Nelson on the course and it looked like he was not concerned at all about the quality of the obstacles. Thank you for the nice medal and goodbye mud titan
Something for everyone
Great course with challenges at all levels. Tons of fun! Lots of mud and plenty of obstacles.
I just ran the Mud Titan 7 (April 8, 2017). As far as obstacles go, this was the most challenging OCR I have ran. The shear number, frequency, and skillset challenges of the obstacles was fantastic. For me, I enjoy OCR for those reasons more so than just miles and miles of running (although, that is also part of the fun and an obstacle in itself), so this race is perfect for that! I will most definitely be back and would encourage anyone who loves obstacles to give this one a try, you won't be disappointed.
Awesome race.
This race was awesome. This is my favorite local OCR and will definitely do it again. It was tough but fun which means there is room to grow for me.
My son ran the Kids race and he loved the race. He also liked that he got the same medal as I did.
Best Florida event!!
The entire event from start to finish was amazing! The 40+ obstacles in an 8K distance is unheard of and i cant wait to run this course again in 2017!
