Amazing event
Mud Mulisha was created by 2 guys that love OCR and wanted to bring their ultimate runner to others on Vancouver Island and that is exactly what they did.
This OCR brought every element a racer could ask for from mud, to dynamic single track trials to challenging obstacles and even a 75m swim after an awesome water slide.
I've run a few OCRs around BC and the pacific northwest and I would rank this run among the best of them for overall organization, challenge, camaraderie, fun and after party.
Already signed up for 2016 and looking forward to it!
What an awesome day! Water, trails, tyres, walls, slides, ropes, mud pits and some seriously good partying. If you are on the island this event is definitely one to do. I'll be back!
My favourite mud run!
Mud Mulisha has ruined me for other obstacle races! The August 2014 mud run was my first venture into this world and now nothing lives up to the Mud Mulisha course! Steve and Jay definitely set the bar high! I'll be looking forward to, and adjusting my schedule around, the Mud Mulisha mud run annually!
One of the best!
Jay and Steve put on a great event. It is well organized, staff and volunteers are helpful and friendly and the course is a blast. By far one of my favorites! My kids love the kid course too and look forward to it every year.
