Conquer your fear of muck, madness and mayhem and embrace your love of friends, fitness and fun. Crush your inner wimp as you crank your adrenaline to push yourself and your fellow Heroes to the finish (without spilling over laughing). Then celebrate your achievement with other mud-lovers and spectators at the post-race Mud Bash featuring a BBQ, bevies, live music and more. If you’re mad about mud, this is your run.

Lots of fun for the whole family. Enjoyed the run.

Always a great time!
I have been running the Mud Hero course at Albion Hills since 2015 and have run both the 6k and 10k. Every year positive changes are made to the event and it has always been any enjoyable for my wife & I with our friends.
I've done the 6k and 10k both trails. Are great lots of mud and obstacles. Lots of fun I go with a group of people from the gym.
There are different levels for each obstacle a hard or easy version of obstacles, so it's great if it's your first OCR

So much fun! Great for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. Will be doing the run for my fifth year!

We did this run with a group of friends and had so much fun. I’d highly recommend it to anyone that wants to have a great time while exercising.

Was a fantastic race! Overall was a very fun afternoon, it even rained during our race and so added to the muddyness! I am returning in 2019, but this time for the 10K race!

Great race for the entire family! The organization at Mont Saint-Bruno (Montreal) is amazing and the ambiance is electrifying!
