Conquer your fear of muck, madness and mayhem and embrace your love of friends, fitness and fun. Crush your inner wimp as you crank your adrenaline to push yourself and your fellow Heroes to the finish (without spilling over laughing). Then celebrate your achievement with other mud-lovers and spectators at the post-race Mud Bash featuring a BBQ, bevies, live music and more. If you’re mad about mud, this is your run.

This was our first Mud Hero and it was so fun! Well organized with great people along the course. More signage along the highway to find the location would have been helpful, but otherwise parking and everything was smooth also!
First time, definitely not my last!
This was my first time going to and completing a mud hero! I went with my cousin and her gym that had a team in. I cannot explain or Express the feeling that you get when there and especially once you cross that finish line knowing that you did it! I had a rush for days! I am so excited and cannot wait for Mud Hero 2019!
Halifax/NS Run
I had a RIOT at this event! I shad signed up with co-workers and I can’t think of a better way to spend a day with your bosses! At first, we were helping each other, but it got competitive pretty darn quick. My *only* complaint, is that the location changed from the event I ran in 2017, to this past year, making it further away from the city (Halifax), meaning our team couldn’t participate (less folks could commit to the travel). Super-wel organized, otherwise, and the bottle-opener participant medal doesn’t hurt, either!
Such a blast!
This event was so fun! Everyone participating was so happy and everyone encouraged one another.
The event was well organized and we received all the information we needed before the day of the event.

Had never been to one, but the girlfriend talked me into it. It was a blast and we're going back in 2019!

Mud Hero Red Deer has been a family tradition for over 4 years that continues to add more members annually to the challenge to get muddy with smiles- the event is organized from the online registration to the day with help everywhere you turn -it is not easy that hill but the medal and refreshment at the end makes it all worth it

I joined it with a group but got left behind. I 100% recommend the course because it was sooo fun even on my own! My bf was 100% amazed to watch me finish this course because it wasnt something he thought I could do. Not only did I finish, I conquered this course!
