Dreamt up by the wonderfully insane Crazy Canucks team, Mud Hero is the ultimate place to scale new summits. Conquer your fear of muck, madness and mayhem and embrace your love of friends, fitness and fun. Crush your inner wimp as you crank your adrenaline to push yourself and your fellow Heroes to the finish (without spilling over laughing). Then celebrate your achievement with other mud-lovers and spectators at the post-race Mud Bash featuring a BBQ, bevies, live music and more. If you’re mad about mud, this is your run.

Mud Hero - Competitive, Fun and Muddy
Great fun event that still has a competitive level to some of the first heats of the day so everyone gets their fix. TONS of mud but not mud that you feel like you are going to catch some nasty virus from like other OCR events. I've heard they bring their own fresh topsoil in for all the mud pits. I've used the event 3 times to both qualify for OCR worlds and NORAM but also run many laps each day with friends. End of the day, whether you are competitive or out for fun, this race caters to all!

Our group has done MudHero Halifax for the past 5 years and always have a great time.
Mud Hero is lots of mud and lots of fun.
BEST. RACE. EVER.
This was my first time doing a mud run and I'm OBSESSED. The course was so incredible and every obstacle was challenging enough to be fun, but not impossible for me to complete. I ran the race with my brother and I'm very happy to say I'll be competing for every year to come that I can :)
