Conquer your fear of muck, madness and mayhem and embrace your love of friends, fitness and fun. Crush your inner wimp as you crank your adrenaline to push yourself and your fellow Heroes to the finish (without spilling over laughing). Then celebrate your achievement with other mud-lovers and spectators at the post-race Mud Bash featuring a BBQ, bevies, live music and more. If you’re mad about mud, this is your run.

Have done the 6 km two years running with my sis-in-law. It's becoming our tradition. Very hilly run, a great workout in a beautiful setting, with great choice of obstacle skill levels. LOVE the big slide!

Better signage to and from parking areas would be appreciated!

Loved this in Winnipeg. Nice day, course was set up nice, good variety for different skill levels. Will come again
Mudhero Ultra Ottawa
Did the mudhero ultra 10k in Ottawa. It was a fun muddy course with some cool obstacles. There weren't many rigs but it was still fun. The course is pretty flat. Alittle disappointed that the "10k" distance was only 7km and they don't correct the distance because it was 7km last year too. This is usually an easy qualifier for OCRWC and NORAM.
Had a great time, and the after party area and band was a lot of fun. The only thing missing was the rope climb!

A fun challenge
A fun way to challenge yourself and your friends. Had a few of my fitness clients sign up as a way to get them motivated to train hard! The day of the event we had tons of fun and will defiantly be doing it again next year! It really is all about team work, we stuck together and helped one another push through :)
Family Fun
This was my second time running this event. Made it a family event this year. I ran the 6km and once finished ran the kids race with my 4 year old. She had an amazing time and still asks me frequently when we can run our next Mud Race. Looking forward to next year.
Took my son and his friends. It was well organized and a lot of fun. Will be organizing a larger group for next year!
