Great run no Post fun
There are two parts to this review. The race was outstanding. Very challenging and great obstacles made for a great race. There was also great visibility for the spectators. That said there was no activity for after the run. There were two vendors. A snow cone truck and a BBQ tent. There was no post race excitement. There was only the one beer for finishing. There were no vendors selling beer. Due to the lack of activity afterwards many people finished the race and then just left.
Totally awesome. sturdy obstacles, great spectator visibility. LOVED IT!
Wicked Fun!
This was my first mud run, and I had a blast. It was the best time I've had in the past year. It was exhausting and challenging and exhilarating all at the same time. I'm in my 60's, and I came in about a third of the way back in the total field of entrants. Age and tactics can overcome a lot of youth and skill. I'm in for the night course run in July!
