An adventure/race over man made and natural obstacles.
It is approx 6km course designed to be suitable for reasonably fit men and women, over 16's.

This is a charity event, being hosted by Mitchelstown Lions Club with all proceeds in aid of Mercy Cancer Appeal.

Event Name: Mitchelstown Ireland D’hillbillies Mud Run 2015 

it was brilliant event, great organisation, fast registration, course was muddy, brilliant and so natural. Hot showers when we came back in what a treat. !!!!

Event Name: Getting mucky for the Mercy 

brilluant run last year with over 1000 participants. Very varied obstacles through fields, forestry, ditches and muddy ponds with lots of lots of man made obstacles too. And hot showers after! All for a great cause - the Mercy Foundation for cancer support. Definitely 5 stars
