Good for families-not Navy Seals
This was my family's first mud run. It was fun and challenging, but didn't send any of us, me, my wife, or my 11 and 14 year-old kids to the hospital. If you're looking for fun, not hell week, this is the mud run for you. It was just right for my family. We were tuckered out and muddy at the end of the 5K. We laughed, took some great pictures, and had a day to remember, great music with a party atmosphere. There are some very intimidating runs out there that promise brutal obstacles and military style runs and that scared us away from those other runs, but we'll do this one again.

Very unorganized. Parking was a nightmare getting in and took over 25 mins just to make it down from the main road to the ticket booth. Basic things were overlooked. No pins to attach bibs. 10K was late starting to watch a MX demostration. The course was unimaginative and consisted of running back and forth on the MX track. Only one obstacle. The MX bikes were running at the time and the exhaust fumes were a real problem for racers. Course was not clearly marked and not enough people directing on the 5K caused people to finish "early" without finishing their laps. Very disappointing. No finishers medal or t shirt. Only a paper certificate that was not very well designed. Will not attend again.
Unorganized
I was very dissapointed with this event. It was very unorganized.
Horrible
This event is horrible. They advertise multiple heats but it's only one 5k and one 10k race. No choice of time starts. It's a mud run with barely any mud and one obstacle which was climbing over some tires. After the race no place setup for cleanup. No bag check in. Barely any venders. Save your money for another event.
