Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

I have ran many different races. Some for fun some for intensity. I have to say this was the most fun and best organized event I have ever attended.
Safety pins would have been good to have to attach our numbers to our shirts. Also, a better way to attach our numbers, as they got ripped off when doing some of the obstacles.

Not charging extra to go on some of the obstacles (i.e. the drop). For the amount that we paid, paying extra for this was not necessary. But it could have been advertised better, as some people stood in line only to find out, once they got to the front of the line, that they needed to get a pass somewhere else.
It was the most fun I had all summer! Great way to get out and get active and have a tonne of fun! I plan on doing it yearly!
Foam Fest Moncton Rocked!!
This was the first time I have attended such an event, and it won't be the last. Foam Fest 2016 in Moncton NB was extremely well organized. From the provided transportation to and from the site, the knowledgeable volunteers, the quality of the course and the great swag at the end, we couldn't have asked for any better. Fantastic job all around!!
I did this run with my new daughter -in-law and we had a blast! First time doing something like this and it was very organized and all the workers made it more fun. Can't wait for next year. Taking the whole family to this time :)
Best fun run!!!
Loved the Music at the water stations! Loved how many obstacles there were and how muddy we got! It was all around fun!!!! Definitely will be back next year! We will be back Sun Peaks to kill it again!
fun for all ages!
I have been racing in all different fun OCR's for about 4 years now. I started with Spartan Race which would be difficult for someone with no race experience or training. But what I loved about Foam Fest is that I did it on my own, and didn't need assistance from anyone and everyone was having a great time! From the adults to the teens to the kids! I laughed so many times! Don't be afraid to do it with a partner a team or alone! You will have so much fun!!! I loved that they have out popsicles at the end!! All in All a great event for everyone wanting to do something fun and getting dirty!

Great Race. Was well organized, well set up and an absolute ton of fun.
Am already signed up for next year and have recommended it to a lot of friends.
I did this foam fest with my best friend and my son. WE had such a great time we were already talking about next years race before we were even done this one. We can't wait for next year.
Foaming Fantastic
It was my first time completing the Foam Fest Run and I loved it. I wanted to do it again immediately after I finished the race. I didn't think I could ever laugh so much while running a "race". I ran the race with my mom and girlfriends from post graduate school and we all had such a great time. After we finished the race, we all agreed that we wanted to do it again next year no matter what!
