Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.

If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.

It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Toronto Foam Fest 5K Was Awesome!!!!

Oct 26, 2016 by Martin Gilroy

I ended up going with a bunch of people from work and some family. The family wanted to see how fast they could do it so they took off at a run. My friends from work and I did it at a walk or slight jog taking the time to enjoy the activities. During the run I saw people ranging from 8 years old to some that were senior citizens. Most were around the 20-35 year mark though. It is truely fun for all ages and allows you to approach it in a way that allows you to enjoy yourself. Very happy with the run.

This event is awesome!! It is designed that most people can attend and just have loads of fun, no previous training required!! It was also very well organized so minimal wait time to keep the good times rolling. Definitely going back for 2017 and bringing more people with me.

Amazing time

For the last two years I have participated in the Saskatoon for a Fest and have signed up for my third one! This event is amazing, there is no pressure just laughs, smiles, mud and foam! Could not ask for a better event!

Had such a blast! The course was a great challenge given the hills. Dj was awesome and kept the crowd pumped. Loved it and will be there year after year

This was my birthday event! Ran with my daughters 9 & 11
and a friend. Lots of fun, no pressure race, the kids loved the foam! We did by pass one obstacle as there were a couple of spots where the line ups grew and we got too cold to stay still on the second line up. Sad to miss that obstacle as it looked like a lot of fun, but still really enjoyed the whole event. Will definitely do again! Just keeping fingers crossed for shorter line ups on those obstacles.

Great time with my girls

Oct 26, 2016 by Donna Power

This was the second year for us, and is the only fun run we can do together. This year are group was called "girl power" and consisted of my daughters aged 12 and 15, my sister age 35 and my self 42.
This was also the first run I had done since having a baseball size tumour and part of my thyroid removed on April 21 2016.
Finishing this run together was very important to or little group, proving once again we can do anything when do it together.
Thank you and we cant wait for 2017

5K FoamFest LondonOntario

I thought this race was lots of fun & definitely well organized. The course was well marked with lots of different terrain & fun obstacles. I recommend this race for anyone that likes a fun challenge!!!

I did this race with my 10 year old daughter. This is the first time we tried anything like it, and it was great - we have already purchased tickets to next year's race! I am a 37 year old woman and honestly completely out of shape but I was able to do this race no problem. Yes it was tiring and I was sore the whole day afterwards, but it was so much fun and completely do-able! I liked seeing people of all ages and shapes doing it. What attracted me to it was that it was touted as a "fun core" not a "hardcore" event, and that it was not highly competitive but rather your own race at your own pace! I liked that there was no pressure to beat anyone or complete all the obstacles. In fact, we skipped a few obstacles that we just didn't feel comfortable doing. Nobody noticed, nobody cared. You do it all at your own pace and many times we were on our own for a while with nobody even around us, so it wasn't like running with a huge mass of people. Our favorite part was the lily pads, even though I fell on them lol but that's part of the fun. I liked that everything was kept positive and light-hearted and supportive. I also liked that you could pretty much just go whenever you're ready even if it is at an earlier or later start time than you had registered at. Everything is super chill. My only suggestions would be to have more water stations available (I think there were only 2 or 3 throughout the whole course) and also to have the water slides working better. One time we had to stop while they hosed down the slip'n'slides because they just weren't slippery enough, we practically had to push ourselves down the whole way to move. Another thing I didn't like was that the parking rates were advertised as $10 before the race but the day before they were suddenly up to $20 and I think that caught a lot of people unaware...besides, $20 for parking in Wasaga Beach is outrageous, those are downtown Toronto prices!
