Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Loved it! Everything about it. The obstacles were fun, and challenging! The event was so well organized and the staff was so friendly. You really get a bang for your buck. You get shuttle to and from the event site. Beautiful medal, brightly coloured beach towel and popsicle at the finish line. Beautiful professional photos are taking throughout the event. I've already registered for this coming event in Moncton again! Cannot wait!!

Great fun!
A really well done race. A great mix of fun and challenging obstcles. Great venue with some nice trails. Quick shuttle bus. I'm not a fan of paying $10 for parking especially when you still have to take a shuttle. Need more sturdy safety pins as the ones currently used are flimsy causing the race bibs to fall off easily. Lots and lots of foam which made it extra fun. Whenever I see Foam Fest advertised the big leap obstacle is always shown as a featured obstacle so I was disappointed to find out you had to pay extra to go on this particular obstacle. I liked that we received a towel instead of a shirt. We are going to do Foam Fest Moncton again
So much fun!
I went with my mom and a friend and we had so much fun. I thought I was going be challenging as I'm not in great shape but I had no problems! The only downside was the water restriction so it wasn't very muddy. Can't wait to do it again!

What a Super Fun Event Run!! Will definitely do it again with all three of my boys!!! Lots of Foam and lots of obstacles!! Had a Great Time!!
Bubbly Blast!
This was my first Foam Race and I LOVED it! It was challenging but fun and all the fellow participants were so encouraging and positive. My friend who ran with me is not a runner and had never done anything like this before, but she felt empowered to give it her all and we had such a great time. Hoping to get a bigger group together to in the fun next year!!
Sudsy Sirens
We had a group of 10 ladies, we called ourselves the Sudsy Sirens. The course was really foamy/wet and tons of fun. It was really great to see many groups of all ages and skill levels participating. The event was really well laid out and well organized. There were a couple of stations that the line bottle necked a bit, but enjoyed socializing, and met some fun groups in the line ups. We made a camping weekend of it and had a potluck dinner after the event. What a great time! Would definitely attend again.
