Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

Kids had a blast
I love to do OCRs and my kids want to join. This is the perfect race to introduce them to what I love. They can take their own pace or push harder if they want. They loved it and that makes this mom happy!
5k foam fest
This was the first year I have been in the 5k foam fest, I went with a group of family we had a BLAST and will be returning, it was well organized and friendly people.
We had such a great time at the foam fest! Sun peaks was such an awesome place to host! So gorgeous and so much to do. The event was so well planned we will definitely be digging up for next year!
This was my first year participating and it was a complete blast. Definitely a hilite of my summer. Can't wait to do it again next summer!!
Fun but repetitive obstacles. Would recommend for families not as challenging as I'd like it to be. Long wait lines during some obstacles
Great Event
It was a blast! Went with three other friends on a miserable day (rainy) and still had tons of fun! Only had to wait for one or two obstacles! Would defiantly go back next year. Do not need to be in great shape, it is a run at your own pace fun run.
Foam fest
It was my second year attending but first time for both my grandchildren. They both loved it so much that they already agreed to do it again next year. It was a blast!

Did the 5k foam fest with a few friends. Absolutely loved it. We did the one in went worth the year before but the one in Moncton was sooo much better. Well definitely be doing it again if my schedule allows it

Awesome time!
Did the 5k Foam Fest with a group of girl friends. We had an absolute blast! Doesn't matter the fitness level of the paticipant because you can always bypass any obstacle if it's too difficult. I am not a super fit person and 50 years of age and I could do all of the obstacles 8I am happy to say. I found it to be well organized with the only time waster being the wait for the big slide. Looking forward to going again next year!
