Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

We have gone 2 years in a row to the Red Deer Foam Fest. It is a great event for team building with your co-workers.We always enjoy dressing up and always have a wonderful time. This event is a great stress reliever as we enjoy the challenges and always have a few good laughs.

Really enjoyed the day. Was a little hesitant when I viewed the videos for some of the obstacles but I was able to enjoy each and every one of them!!

It's the perfekt event for a Family day out. We had so much fun running up and down the mountain doing all the fun obstacles.
Weather was nice all crew very nice and helpful.
Only less good think was the long wait in front of the big slide.
But all together a brilliant event - thank you to everyone involved.
Too Muddy
This was our first event ever. The course was much muddier than we anticipated. Being that the title is Foam Fest we wish that there were more obstacles incorporating foam and less mud obstacles.
Moncton 5km Foam Fest
I absolutely loved this event! My husband won't register for most races but he decided to try this one out and he loved it even more than me. The amount of running was perfect and the difficulty level for the obstacles was just right. It surpassed my expectations. Great activity for people of all ages and all categories.
This is the event that got me introduced to Obstacle Course Racing!! I love it and this past weekend I completed in the OCR World Championships!! Foam Fest is fun for the whole family. Very organized and just GREAT!!

First time ever going was 2016 and I must say it was the best experience ever! Just enough running in between with the most fun obstacles! Had a blast! Not a dull moment and not a moment without a smile on my face! Going again next year and the year after that and the year after that until the day I die!! New family tradition!
