Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

BEST TIME EVER!!!
BEST TIME OF MY LIFE!!! I HAD SUCH A BLAST THAT I WANTED TO RUN IT AGAIN!! (and I'm not a runner) I will definitely be doing this EVERY year!!!
So much fun!!! I loved the mix of excercies (running 5K) plus fun (all the obstacles!) The only thing I would change is if there was anything you could do about some of the lineups for the obstacles, like the lily pads. I wanted to run the whole thing, so it was a little annoying having to wait, but overall a really awesome experience that I would love to do again.
Filthy Clean & Nothing but Smiles!
This was my first OCR race. I had a bigger one the following week and wanted to know in a safe and fun environment, what obstacles would be like. Ran this race with one of my boxing teammates and we both had an incredible time. The obstacles came in such a great variety. Some were super fun, some were challenging and some pushed you out of your comfort level. There is no pressure so if you just can't do it, simply move on. It is a great course that is well organized, great venue and probably boasts having the best swag of any race (and I've done a lot!). Highly recommend anyone and everyone to try this race. It is so much fun no matter what your experience level is. Thanks 5K Foam Fest Canada for a filthy clean time that left everyone with nothing but smiles!

Such an amazing fun filled day. We spent the majority of the time laughing, at ourselves, at others, didn't matter!
The obstacles were challenging enough but not too difficult to take the fun out of it. We got VERY very dirty and then a little bit clean...but mostly dirty! Cant wait to do it all again next year.
So much fun! Two years in a row and coming again!
5K Foam Fest
I went into this race thinking I would end up walking the entire course solo - that everybody would be passing me by... It ended up that I ran the entire thing as I LOVED the obstacles so much, I couldn't wait to get to the next! 3 obstacles in and I was hooked and committed to next year! Can't wait for 2017!
It was so much fun but the line ups were way to long and some of our group skipped several challenges.
Was great! Lots of fun. Organized thoroughly, good music and obstacles.
fun day even in the rain
My wife daughter and friends registered for this event and it was a blast...even in the rain. fun course with some great free stuff from mcflurries to energy drinks. If you ever have the chance to do this...try it change up your weekend and have some fun!
