Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

One of the best events I've been to for fun and interaction.
So much fun!
My friend and I had so much fun at that race ! The only comment I can leave is that it wasn't long enough ! We totally recommend this race to everyone.
The race was fun......more variety of obstacles would be better & more organization at the obstacles so there is less waiting around
A fun and relaxing run
After participating in several different Obstacle Course Runs this year, it's easy to say this was one of the most fun to participate in. Our arrival started with organized parking and smooth registration. The run itself was relatively easy compared to other races but enough of a challenge to make completing it feel rewarding. After the run, it was nice having free treats and different vendors to visit.
This run is on my short list of events to do again next year.

the slope of the course was a little more than I expected but overall it was a great time. More foam next year!
Great Family Fun!
This was my first event ever and it has become my annual goal. It was so great that my 6 year old is counting down until she can participate and we can do it as a family. It was a wonderful experience on Boler from the top of the wall at the peak to the muddy mats in the lake. Lots of mud, foam and good fun - Thanks to all of the planners, builders, workers, volunteers and helpers.
Went on a girls weekend and had an absolute blast, will definitely be going back to do it again!
My sister & our girls did Foamfest for the first time in August. I had a blast!!! I recommend this for anyone to try! You do not need to be in the best shape....just be willing to participate. we basically walked or jogged most of it....meeting people along the way & sharing laughs with complete strangers. It was the best experience. It is also now anew tradition that we are going to continue with...and have already recruited more people to join us! My daughter & I are thinking of stepping it up & entering into 2 of the events closest to us...we had that much fun! :-)
We did this race with our 4 kids ages 11 a 16 and everyone had a blast!!! Obstacles were great! Much better than the Mud Run. We will do it again next year!!!

Was really fun! Doing it again this year and bringing my parents:) Just wish the lines weren't so long at each obstacle.
