Get ready to get FILTHY clean with 5k Foam Fest!
What in the world could possibly be more fun than running through a course chuck full of mud, foam, and obstacles? Running through it with your friends, of course! Check out our video to see how much fun you can have together! Well, you’ll need bodies. So grab your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and family members and get them registered! Your team can be as big as you want. And remember, the only way to make sure you all get to run in the same wave is to register early and together, so don’t wait! Otherwise we can’t guarantee that you’ll be flying around in foam with your friends.
If you are looking to beat a world record or run so hard that you nearly lose bowel control then you might be disappointed. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore race it is a FUNCORE race. The goal is to have fun while running. We will have a race clock at the end of the race so you can internally take note how fast you ran the race but you will not be given timing chips and we encourage you to focus on the fun aspect of the race rather than the speed.
It is a festival after all!! So be sure to come early and bring your friends and family. We’ve got several activities including our foam pit, mini inflatable obstacle course, and bounce house. We even have activities for the kids at heart! Like our Skyfall (A 25’ drop onto a airbag/stunt bag)!

What a blast!!
I have done a few obstacle courses and 5Ks in the past couple years and foam fest is now my favourite! I did it with some friends and we had so much fun! We will definitely be going again next year!! There was a ton of obstacles and all were so much fun but still some what challenging at the same time. All ages across the board would be able to do this race and have a blast doing it! I would recommend it to anyone that would like to exercise and have some fun with friends at the same time! There was some waiting at some obstacles along the course but that didn't distract from the fun we were having!
London FoamFest 2016
It was a fun experience. Very professional obstacles and encouraging and energetic racers. I also like the free bath towel. The race was definitely for beginners or people that just want a fun race , but someone that wants a challenge may find it too easy.
MOST FUN FOR ANY SIZE!
I have never done a 5K run before or even walk. I was so worried about what I was getting into and if people would look at me funny cause I wasn't in the greatest shape or for whatever reason. There's so many people there and wearing funny stuff or work out stuff or sweats just anything really. So many kids too! I walked the whole course took tons of pictures and I had the best time ever, I cant wait to again in 2017 I got my ticket months ago I had so much fun.
Last year was my first year running Foam Fest, and it really sparked my love for 5k runs!! I had such a blast running over the "lily pads" and doing all the other obstacles, now I'm signing up for all kinds of fun runs! Thank you Foam Fest! Definitely will do again!
Had an amazing time running Foam Fest Last year for the second time! I plan on doing it over and over again for years to come and introducing some of my favorite obstacles (like the lily pads) to all my friends! cant wait to race in 2016!!! I found it to both be fun, and a little bit of a challenge that helped me conquer alot of my fears ?(like my fear of heights).

I have done #5kfoamfest Canada now 2 times.
Both times I did it with my 11yr old son and my dad.
This is such a fun run. The Foam is amazing as long as you don't get it in your mouth and the large slide at the end is a blast. The events outside the race also a good time, area for the kids and the tower to jump from.
Only downer is the wait for the slides and some of the obstacles..... but that's just rest time right....
I'll be going again this yr. 3rd times a charm right??

Super belle course. Belle organisation . La seule chose beaucoup dattente a la fin. Mais sa en vaut la peine!
First timer...
This was my first ever 5K and what a blast it was ! It was the perfect way to celebrate being one year free of an extra 100lbs I used to carry around. Feeling fit, healthy and ready to rock the foam fest again next year !!
It was great; I was sad that they didn't come back in 2016. Would definitely go again and recommend it to others!
