South West Mudfest Head down south for a weekend of muddy, obstacle racing and experience a side of Margaret River you never seen before!

Featuring the challenging 12km Dirty Dozen course in the morning and a short, fun 5km Mud Mayhem race in the afternoon, the MUDFEST will be a combination of skill, endurance, determination and strength.

Bootleg Brewery will be putting on a Beer and Burger lunch in between the two races, which is included in the entry fee, as well as a sweet event t-shirt!

Course Description:

The course will have a local south-west flavour, think Tractor Tyres, Hay Bales, Wine Barrel Dam Run and Bird Netting Crawl, with various designs and difficulties. The Dirty Dozen will have approx. 15 obstacles and the Mud Mayhem will have approx. 10 obstacles.

Aid Stations:

First Aid, Ambulance, Doctor and a Surf Lifesaving Team will all be on standby.

Awards:

The fastest male and female for both courses will be awarded a prize from Bootleg Brewery.

Prizes:

There will also be a prize for the best dressed!

Spectators:

Spectators are free and encouraged to soak up the atmosphere of the start and finish line at Bootleg Brewery. Some designated spectator points will be released closer to the event.

Parking:

Parking is not available at Bootleg Brewery, competitors will be able to park at a nearby property that is walking distance to the event. More details will be released closer to the time.

Post Party:

Bootleg Brewery will be open after the event for competitors to unwind and celebrate all their hard work! The brewery is famous for its award-winning wines, great local food and an awesome, family friendly, fun atmosphere.

Other:

The South West Mudfest features two courses; a 12km Dirty Dozen event and a 5km Mud Mayhem event.
The Dirty Dozen is open for people aged 15 and above and the Mud Mayhem is open for ages 13 years and above.
The Dirty Dozen will take place in the morning (8:00am-12:00pm), followed by a delicious lunch from Bootleg Brewery (12:00pm-1:00pm), with the Mud Mayhem then kicking off (1:00pm-5:00pm).
The event will be timed and competitors broken up into 15-minute wave start times to maximise fun out on the course.
