Race Start Time:
First wave of adults starts at 8am.
Waves released every 20 minutes until 1pm.
Childrens course runs at 9am, 10am, 11am and 12pm.

Course Description:
There are twenty obstacles in total, with a distance of 5km across the whole course.
There is no time limit on the course, enabling people of all ages and abilities to complete it at their own pace.
This race is about enjoyment and having fun rather than breaking any land speed records!
Post Party:
Food and drink and free entertainment for the kids will be available in the festival area.
Other:
Sign the family up, bring a picnic and make a day of it!
Enroll your workplace and come dressed up – the wackier the better!
Challenge your friends and family to see who can get the dirtiest on the course.
