First heats start at 10am for beginner Mudders.
Next heats start close to 10:30am for modest Mudders.
Final heat start close to 11:30 for your Hardcore Mudders

Course Description:
The course is about 3 miles long with hills, creeks to traverse, mud pits, rope wall climbs and more.
Creek Crossing - Cross a mountain creek
Mud Pits - Crawl your way through deep mud pits
Mountains - Test your endurance on steep mountain hill runs
Car Climb - Climb over cars, Monster Truck Style
Mountain of Shame - Use a rope to test your hill climbing in the mud
Cargo Net Crawl - Climb to the top of the cargo net
Hay Climb - Climb over a stack of hay rolls
Slip-n-Slide - Slide your way to the finish line on our huge slip-n-slide
Aid Stations:
Aid stations and safety crews will be placed through out the race.
Prizes:
The prizes will be awarded to the fastest teams: Male, female and co-ed, along with several other categories. There is a prize for the most creative team name and costume
Spectators:
Spectators are free and can move about the course freely.
Parking:
Parking is available around the Waynesville Recreation Center and there will be signs helping to find the parking areas.
Post Party:
There is a post party that will server beer with a DJ and music.
Other:
All proceeds will be used by the Canton Lions Club and Lions Club International to continue its program of service and support to the Haywood County area and programs of service to the blind.
Team:
Teams are encouraged to sign up. Teams can be 2 or 4 and the team captain is responsible for signing the entire team up at once. The captain will need to provide the team members names, email addresses and shirt sizes upon registration.
