Course Description:
Team work is the key! Shield-maidens and warrior need to master different challenges together. Up to 45 obstacle are waiting for you on a parcours of 7, 13 or 19 kilometres. Gather you friends and colleagues and head to a new challenge.
At the Strong Viking Brother Edition you can expect many obstacles which can only be mastered in a team. Huge walls, logs, chains and obstacles which will show you your mental and physical limits. In Walhalla you may celebrate your success with your fellow vikings and an ice cold beer. Being in Warstein you most certainly know what kind of beer you may expect.
For the first time the Iron Viking will be a part of the Strong Viking Hills Edition Germany! 42 Kilometres, 100+ obstacles and many heightmetres are waiting for you. 28th September 2019 we'll be in the so called ""Sauerland"" for the first time. A day in the forest, exhaustion, pain and much fun. You'll be far away from daily life! Enjoying a legendary challenge in a beautiful landscape.
The Ultra Viking is coming back to Germany in 2019! You'll have to pass more than 60 kilometres and 120 obstacles on your way to Walhalla! Will you master this glorious challenge? Five years after its foundation Strong Viking introduced the Ultra Viking in 2018. The logical subsequent step of the Iron Viking! 600 participants from 15 different nations took part in this heavy challenge! Taking place parallel to the Strong Viking Brother Edition many heightmetres may be expected!

Free! Of course, you are very welcome to come and encourage the participants! Entrance to the area is free and open from 8:30am.

After the event it is possible to wash off/shower in separate shower areas for men and women (except Family Edition). However, there are no closed shower cabins.
The minimum participation age varies according to the distances:
3km: min. age 5 years old (or becomes 5 in that calender year)
5km: min. age 10 years old (or becomes 10 in that calender year)
7 and 13 km: min. age 14 years old (or becomes 14 in that calender year)
19 km and OCR Series: min. age 16 years old (or becomes 16 in that calender year)
Iron Viking (42km): min. age 18 years old
Ultra Viking (60km): min. age 18 years old
