Course Description:
The Strong Viking Water Edition is going to be back in Wächtersbach at May 25, 2019. Summer, Sun and Fun can be expected from the Strong Viking Water Edition in Wächtersbach near by Frankfurt am Main! In the warm season we are going to build a parcours for you which contains everything for a day full of action outdoors! As always you can choose three different distances: 7, 13 or 19 kilometers. The giant water slide ""Fjord Drop"", the brain freezing ""Iceman"" or the free fall of the ""Flying Ragnar"" are guaranteeing a major adrenalin kick. These are just three of up to 50 obstacles out Team is inveting and builing themselfs in order to secure the quality of every obstacle. Does not matter whether you are a real beast, casual sportsperson or a couch potato, you won't forget this day!
The Iron Viking comes back to the Weiherhof in Wächtersbach. The toughest marathon in Germany comes back to the greater area around Frankfurt am Main. On Saturday the 25th of May 2019 42km and 100+ obstacles in the beautiful forested landscape near Frankfurt am Main are waiting for you. Heightmeters, mud and spectacular obstacles that will put your mental and physical strength to the test; if you can conquer this you can do anything!

Free! Of course, you are very welcome to come and encourage the participants! Entrance to the area is free and open from 8:30am.
Other:
After the event it is possible to wash off/shower in separate shower areas for men and women (except Family Edition). However, there are no closed shower cabins.
The minimum participation age varies according to the distances:
3km: min. age 5 years old (or becomes 5 in that calender year)
5km: min. age 10 years old (or becomes 10 in that calender year)
7 and 13 km: min. age 14 years old (or becomes 14 in that calender year)
19 km and OCR Series: min. age 16 years old (or becomes 16 in that calender year)
Iron Viking (42km): min. age 18 years old
Ultra Viking (60km): min. age 18 years old
