Course Description:

At the Strong Viking Family Run in Wächtersbach nearby Frankfurt am Main grass stains are welcome and the joint experience is in the focus!
A day outdoors with the family, away from daily-routine. No big cities, just enjoying the landscape of the Büdinger Forest in Wächtersbach nearby Frankfurt am Main. Jointly conquering obstacles, jumping through mud and puddles, getting dirty together. That is the Strong Viking Family Edition, an obstacle run for parents with kids. Water Slides, mud trenches and dark tunnels are and many more exciting obstacles are waiting for you!

Free! Of course, you are very welcome to come and encourage the participants! Entrance to the area is free and open from 8:30am.

Other:

The minimum participation age varies according to the distances:
3km: min. age 5 years old (or becomes 5 in that calender year)
5km: min. age 10 years old (or becomes 10 in that calender year)
7 and 13 km: min. age 14 years old (or becomes 14 in that calender year)
19 km and OCR Series: min. age 16 years old (or becomes 16 in that calender year)
Iron Viking (42km): min. age 18 years old
Ultra Viking (60km): min. age 18 years old

After the event it is possible to wash off/shower in separate shower areas for men and women (except Family Edition). However, there are no closed shower cabins.
