Course Description:
The full course is on the block of land that includes Kidstown, Howe Park and the Mooroopna Golf Course. It is one of Australia's largest obstacles course for the whole family to come and run - over 75 obstacles as part of the course. You will be challenged, and will have to run, crawl, climb, carry and laugh, swim, fall down, get up and yes, expect lots of mud!
Mad Cow Mud Run is an obstacle course set out to challenge your overall limits!
The course is set out over 7kms with obstacles ranging in difficulty, but they are
all achievable if you can work as a team, or challenge yourself and go it alone!!
There will be Mud, Sweat, More Mud & Lots of fun for all. Lots to do for the whole family with Jumping Castle & Face Painting for the kids.
Aid Stations:
There will be 3 water stations around the course for runners. First Aid is on site from start to end of this event
Spectators:
There are a number of great spots along the course for spectators to come along, support your friends & family, and take as many pictures as you want!

Parking on site is free

100% of all profits from Mad Cow Mud Run event go towards Zaidee's Rainbow Foundation.
Team:
Create a team to add into the fun and build team/family spirit.
Kids Race:
The event features a 3 mile obstacle run for kids. Adults wanting to run with kids aged 5-12 can purchase a $30 ticket and run in the designated waves. Parents with 3 and 4 year old can run free at this event but no medal is given for adults.
