Course Description:
The Attack course is an intense sprint jam packed with obstacles that may include:
Atomik bombs: pipes, balls and cones
Hurdles
Balance beams
Spiderman walls (horizontal and/or vertical)
Warped walls
Salmon ladders
Cargo nets
4, 6, 8, or 10 foot walls
3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 foot hurdles (logs)
Traverse / climbing walls
Rope climbs
Tarzan ropes
Trampolines
Magic
Expect a challenge!

The average of time of team members will be used to determine the team winner.
Team:
Teams must have at least two females and have a total of 4 people.
