Course Description:
Our course is a professionally built and managed 5km loop, fully staffed and way-marked with 10 amazing obstacles littering your path.
The emphasis is firmly on fun but don’t underestimate this outing – you’ll experience jumps, wades, crawls, plenty of mud and the odd disco infusion too, as each obstacle also has music pumping. Don’t fancy an obstacle –no problem you can just take the bypass option. Choose to go round once (5k) or tackle this loop twice for the full 10k treatment and collect your 10k wristband.

Get Fizzical is a female only run and party! Men are welcome to spectate through the day until 5:00pm. The campsite is a ladies only environment and men will not be permitted.
