Course Description:
HELL & BACK 13KM/8KM is a gruelling off-road course along man-made trail runs and mountain paths. You'll have to progress over, under, around and through all of Killruddery's stunning natural obstacles, including bogs, hills, forests, swamps and rivers, as well as our infamous HELL & BACK obstacles, including the Londis Water Jump & Splashdown Slide, Breyer's Ice Bath & Devil's Creek, Jeep's Hell on Earth and the Repak ELT Tyre Zone. And for those of you looking for additional torture, there is a 13KM option that goes right to the top of the Little Sugar Loaf mountain!
Ireland’s Toughest Physical and Mental Endurance Challenge for Children, HELL & BACK Junior is a fun and exhilarating obstacle course mud run for primary school kids seeking the ultimate adventure! Designed by our award-winning obstacle team, there are two courses:
1. An independent 1KM course for 5-7 year olds (no sharing!) where, if they're up for it, the kids can do a second lap; and
2. A 3.5KM course for 8-12 year olds featuring some of the obstacles on TV's Ireland's Fittest Family. (Because the course is so tough, for Health & Safety reasons, there is no second lap option on the 3.5KM course.)
Now you can complete the H&B 8KM Teen course too, as a personal challenge or together with a group!!!! Taking on the Adult 8KM course, teens must work together to overcome the all obstacles in their path. Set in the magnificent Killruddery Estate, with stunning views of Dublin Bay from the Little Sugar Loaf mountain, the course combines lots of man-made obstacles with Killruddery's famous natural terrain, including rivers, mountains, bogs and forests, to create a uniquely terrifying adventure and the ultimate group challenge!!!
And now you can complete the H&B 8KM course together as a family!!! Taking on the Adult 8KM course, your family must work together to overcome all the obstacles in your path. Weather permitting, all parking for HELL & BACK will be onsite in Killruddery Estate. Pre-Paid Parking is available during registration at €9 per car (bring QR code). Pay on Day available @ €10 per car.

Timing Chips are not available - this is a challenge, not a race!
Team:
The course closes at 18:30, while the site closes at 19:00. Please make sure you bring all your belongings with you as you leave.
