Course Description:

You'll tackle a curved wall, ice water bath, mud pit, and more along the hilly 5k course.

Aid Stations:

We will have one trained nurse on site. There will be volunteers placed throughout the course in case someone is in need of medical attention. There will be multiple water stations throughout the course.

Spectators:

Spectators are free to attend. Viewing may be limited due to the terrain of the course, spectators will not be able to roam the entire course freely but the upper portion will be open to spectators. We ask all spectators to practice social distancing and to wear a mask when spacing isn't possible.

Parking:

Parking is free but may be limited. It is recommended to carpool when possible. Camp Koch is located in a very remote area and depending on the weather it could be a sloppy ride (which will make for a sloppier run!). Signage will begin directing participants in the town of Cannelton, IN. Follow signs to the back entrance of Camp Koch.

Other:

We encourage all attendees to practice social distancing and to wear a mask if spacing is not possible. (With the exception of when participating in the race.)
All proceeds of the Tough Cookie Mud Run go to support the Girl Scouts of Southwest Indiana and Camp Koch.
Showers will be available but participants will need to bring their own toiletries and towels.
Laced sneakers are HIGHLY recommended for this race. The course is mostly wooded area.
