Mud Sweat and Fear The Warrior Wolf 5K and Obstacle Course was created for those seeking fun and athletic challenge. The course takes you through the wooded trails and pastures of Whispering Hope Stables, a beautiful 100-acre horse farm backing up to Lake Wheeler. Expect new challenges as we're adding to the 15+ obstacles designed for varying skill levels. Run individually or compete as a team in groups of 4 or more.

Course Description:

We are teamed up with The Nuts Challenge: ""Ruthless army themed military assault course that's been voted 'The Toughest Obstacle Course' twice and 'Best Value for Money 2015'! Chose to run either 7K, 14K, 21K or 28K with over 100 obstacles on each lap of the course."" All this plus a horde of zombies!

Aid Stations:

We have medical teams on site in case of emergencies as well as water and refueling stations.

Spectators:

Spectators are free and we have a great spectator routes and detailed maps of our course.

Parking:

There is parking on site on the day for the cost of $5.00.

Other:

You must be 14 years old and above. However, anyone under 18 must be accompanied around the course with a guardian.
All adventure racing fitness levels can take part in Mud, Sweat & Fear. If you have never done a mud run or anything similar before and consider yourself not very fit, we advise you to contact Apocalypse Events and make us aware. But be assured you can walk it.
You will need to be able to wade through water that may be up to chest height.
We have 3 to 4 very basic shower heads (cold water). Please bring a towel and a change of clothing along with 2 bin bags to store your dirty clothing.
There is a staffed key drop area where you can leave your keys when you are off on the challenge. Please leave other valuables in your car; the car park is manned by staff all day.
An area is available for you to leave your bags however, this bag drop is not staffed so please leave only non-valuable items. Please do not leave money, cards, keys or phones etc.
