The inspiration for Mud Kids came from, as many businesses do, our children. Already knee-deep in the health and fitness industry, we watched as their innate energy, wilfulness and playfulness planted a seed in our brains that just grew and grew.

We wanted to create something for children that gave a free rein to all of their playful energy, and that their families and teams could join in with too. So that's exactly what we did. Mud Kids is the ultimate children's playground - 3km of obstacles and mud and fun.

Course Description:

This is Natural Fitness Company's Mud Strong event for teams.
It's all about working as part of a team, galvanising all your individual ability into one much stronger unit. Together, you'll achieve something awesome.
We're putting you and your team through your paces on a full 10km route set among 320 acres of beautiful Surrey Hills.
Starting and finishing at our Milton Heath base, you'll enjoy the challenging obstacles, hills and mud there as well as longer periods of running as part of our extended route. Don't be deceived by the beauty, it is a tough course.
You will have the enviable challenge of carrying or dragging a different item each and every km along the way. But as part of a team, you'll build strategies together on how best to manage these burdens.
Don't worry if you don't have a team! You can enter as an individual, and we will assign you to a team before event day arrives.

Aid Stations:

There will be a first aider on site and marshals staggered around the course.
Fruit and water will be available at the start/finish.

Spectators:

Spectators are more than welcome to come along and cheer on their friends and family.

Parking:

Free parking is available.
We recommend you share cars where possible.

Other:

There will be a facility for you to leave a bag, and toilets will be available at the Milton Heath start/finish site.
Cancellations are non-refundable.

Team:

We recommend teams of 4, but can accommodate more or less.
Individuals are welcome to enter, and we will assign you to a team before event day.
