Ram Run The RAM RUN takes place in Stoneleigh Park, a fantastic venue for such an event. Irrespective of the great challenges the natural terrain and footing will add to all the variations in pace the runner will have to overcome. This is no cross country run – well part of it is and that part is sublime for the regular long distance runners but the course is broken up by natures obstacles to make this a real challenge FOR EVERYONE and GREAT SPECTATOR VIEWING - that is one of the things that makes the Ram Run most different.

Course Description:

This is a multi run event. Wave timings will be organised when numbers are closer to being finalised.
Challenging course for hard core OCR runners. Easier obstacle options for Fun Runners wanting to move to a higher level. Introducing OCR to the next generations - runs for 6 to 11 yrs and 12 to 15 yrs.
Challenge yourself to find your new limits - surprise yourself what you can do.
All in the fantastic grounds of Stoneleigh Park in the centre of England. River Avon, the historic forests, marshlands and woodlands of Stoneleigh Abbey. The original Land Rover 4x4 test track for some unusual running conditions.
Manmade obstacles designed by engineers and Stoneleighfit fitness professionals.
It all combines to make an event that will be different during each of the 4 seasons it is run in.
Great for spectators, great for families.

Prizes:

Trophies for the first, second and third placed RamRunners in male and female categories under 40's and over 40's.

Parking:

Stoneleigh Park has extensive parking.
Ram Runners have free parking close to the Race Control and start/finish.

Other:

Changing and bag drop is available close to Race Control.
Showering is 200m from Race Control.

Team:

Teams are welcomed and encouraged.
