Course Description:
Be prepared for mud, hills, water, fire, more mud and ice as we put you through our gruelling 10K course.
It is the perfect venue for an obstacle race with endless hills, rivers, mud (tonnes of it!), woodland and the rugged Lake District terrain.
The Lake District is the Adventure Capital of the UK and is the home of Total Warrior, which is now going into its sixth year.

Awards:
Fastest participant being crowned ‘King / Queen of the Mountain.’
Spectators:
Spectators are free but we would welcome a small donation to Wooden Spoon.
Parking:
On site parking is charged at £5 per car so please car share where possible.
Post Party:
Total Warrior events are much more than just a race!
We encourage participants to hang out for the day, cheer on fellow Warriors, have a beer, enjoy the music and share stories about the event and obstacles.
Other:
