Course Description:
The course goes around the idyllic natural surroundings of the internationally renowned Friston Forest with the event village facing the white horse an iconic landmark of East Sussex. The route is hilly and off-road obstacle teasers will be shown on the website and will build up until the event.
Aid Stations:
There will be a paramedic on standby and a minumim of 2 aid stations along the course
Spectators:
Spectators can watch for free and can roam freely around the course
Parking:
Parking is included in the entry price
Other:
We will give 25% net profit to charity.
Participants must be over 18.
The event will not be timed
Participants do not need to be able to swim
