Course Description:
Not everyone is ready for the Claw challenge, so for our Fang race we trim the course to 5-miles, run it in reverse, and reduce obstacles to make the race a little bit shorter and easier, a great course for first-timers, but don't worry, you will still need to train to get through all our signature obstacles and trails!
Get ready for the 4th annual Grit OCR race at East Walker Ranch in Santa Clarita, CA. An amazing location that is perfect for Grit's signature obstacle course race (OCR) experience. A challenging race that digs deep to push yourself to new levels of physical endurance, testing your core and grip strength in one of Southern California's favorite races that combine trail running with awesome obstacle challenges.
East Walker Ranch is a hidden gem located in the epic mountains north of Los Angeles in Santa Clarita, California. Featuring amazing trails, punishing obstacles, killer hills, epic panoramic views, and finish with an awesome race festival. Grab your friends and family, and get ready for the ultimate race experience this February!

Parking:
NO public parking at East Walker Ranch on race day, general parking at Sable Ranch 25933 Sand Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91387, ride a shuttle bus to race location. Fee: $5 cash only.
Limited VIP parking is available at East Walker Ranch when purchased with registration. Fee: $20 in advance.
Post Party:
Enjoy the Grit OCR festival all day with your teammates, friends, and family. Watch participants going through the final course obstacles from the beer garden, enjoy food, and other Grit activities while jamming out your favorite music. You will have an awesome time!
Other:
14-years old is minimum age requirement. We will have a kids zone with junior obstacles. Gear check will be available.
