Course Description:
The terrain itself is a challenge as the course is built over 172 acres at an old ski hill. It features nearly a dozen major obstacles along with several basic obstacles and of course a few mystery obstacles!
2k: The MEAN MILE (2k) course is still a challenging course with large hills, mud holes, towers to climb and more! *Course length 1-1.5 miles
5k: This course will put your mental grit to the test. Every mile is a challenge with slick terrain littered with badass obstacles, hill climbs and raging river crossing! *Course length 3-3.5 miles
8k: Steeplechase Challenge courses will truly test what your made of. Every mile is a challenge with slick terrain littered with badass obstacles, hill climbs and raging river crossing! With addition to conquering a double black diamond ski hill we cut new trails through the hill side to challenge every runner to the finish line. *Course length 4.5-5 miles
Aid Stations:
1 water station for the 2K course, 2 water stations for the 5K course and 3 water stations for the 8K course. Off road patrols will be following along course to ensure safety and provide medical assistance or ride out if needed.
Prizes:
Sponsor prizes will be given out randomly all day!
Spectators:
Spectating is free! Large viewing area overlooking several areas of the course or trails that lead to many of the major obstacles.
Parking:
$10 parking on site

The event features: Music, food & drink vendors, Health & Fitness booths, local business booths and much more!
Other:
Help End Summer Hunger Together! The Steeplechase Challenge event is sponsoring a food and fund drive for Channel One regional food bank. For more information about Channel One or to make online donation please visit: http://www.channel-one.org. Steeplechase challenge will have food collection barrels to donate food at the event on august 27th & 28th at the Steeplechase Event Center.
Registration Transfer: $10. No refunds, events on rain or shine.
Team:
Registration is individual but getting friends together to run the course as a team in encouraged to have an amazing time!
